There are red light programs in 61 Texas cities. Well, there WERE red light programs in 61 Texas cities. That number is now down to 4, since Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1361 which essentially bans red light cameras in the state.

There was a caveat though that allows cities to continue to use their red light cameras if they have a contract with the red light camera company that they can't get out of. So, here you go.
