Name another team that has won 3 playoff games in over 2 decades that is talked about as much as the Dallas Cowboys. You can't. You know why? Because the Cowboys get ratings. The fans watch the Cowboys to win, while the haters watch the Cowboys to see them lose.

As for Troy Aikman, he is frequently paid to watch the Cowboys from the broadcast booth. He also has some knowledge about the franchise, and the sport of football in general. And Aikman thinks just getting rid of Jason Garrett won't do a whole lot.  You have to look at the top and how that affects the whole situation.

For at least a decade now, most people know that the main problem with the Cowboys is how Jerry Jones runs it. Unfortunately for Cowboy fans, there isn't much they can do about it. Unless you want to stop watching the team and buying their merchandise. That's the only way to get Jerry Jones to listen. Hit him in the pocketbook. Which is difficult because the Cowboys are constantly one of the most valuable franchises in all of sports.
