Working out could be the last thing you want to do. Maybe you've had a long day, didn't eat great, or are just flat out lazy. Well, there's a gym in Glasgow that has a work out program that might be right up your alley.

David Lloyd Club is now providing classes where you trade in the treadmill for a bed. It's a class designed at helping exhausted parents with a 45 minute afternoon nap session. Sleep expert Kathryn Pinkham says:

"In addition to a lack of sleep bringing with it a higher risk of developing anxiety or depression, when we are sleep deprived we lack the energy to exercise regularly, and also the mental clarity to make good decisions about the food we eat, which could negatively impact our physical health in the long-run."

So it's not all about just being lazy. There are actual health benefits to taking a nap and catching up on sleep. Although I'm not sure I need to go to a gym for that. I'd be more inclined to pull a George Costanza, and build a bed underneath my desk.
