Slayer, Lamb Of God, Anthrax, Testament and Behemoth and more are rumored to be touring this summer together and it looks like we may have seen the first date!

There have been rumors going around for a few weeks now that there is a MAJOR tour in the works for this summer for metal fans. A couple weeks ago, Testament guitarist Alex Skolnick told Music & Arts Interviews that the band will be going out for what he calls one of the "biggest tours of the year." We didn't get any other details than that, but the music site Blabbermouth said it has been rumored that Testament would be heading out with Slayer.

Another band rumored to be involved in a "big summer tour"?

Lamb of God.

Back in December, Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe was on Jamey Jasta's podcast, "The Jasta Show," when Jasta asked Blythe about a rumor that L.O.G. was involved in a big summer tour. Blythe responded by saying he couldn't confirm or deny. At first, we didn't have any information relating these two tours to each other, but now it seems Livenation may have accidentally spilled the beans. On the Livenation website, a June 4th tour date at Santander Arena in Reading, PA was accidentally released. The concert announcement showed that the tour would include Slayer, Lamb of God, Anthrax, Testament and Behemoth on the June 4th date. Since then, the concert announcement and show was removed from the website with no word from the band's or LiveNation. No word on whether this show will be announced at a later date or when we will get more tour date announcements. But fingers crossed we will see PLENTY of Texas tour dates!
