Is it time for The Mandalorian season 2 yet? Seriously, I can't wait. And with the latest news, I really can't wait.

The second season of the Disney+ show is set to debut in October and we're slowly getting more info about the upcoming season. And that includes that ROBERT FRICKIN' RODRIGUEZ is one of the directors.

The show isn't any stranger to big names directing episodes. First of all, Jon Favreau is the one behind the whole series. Season 1 had episodes directed by Bryce Dallas Howard, David Filoni (developed Ahsoka Tano and Captain Rex for The Clone Wars), and Taika Waititi (What We Do in the ShadowsThor: Ragnarok).

Season 2 not only has Robert Rodriguez stepping behind the camera but James Mangold as well, who is known for Logan and Ford v Ferrari.

It's also being reported the Bryce Dallas Howard has returned to direct in the second season as well.
