Today is National Dress Up Your Pet Day. So today's movie poems are all movies with or about pets.

A dog escapes from a crime
A vet who is a real slime
A jealous dad
And a family that’s sad
A bite to the nuts just in time
His transfer would give him glee
There’s a murder and food from the sea
The villain takes pics
Corrupt police chief in the mix
A marriage and a litter for he
Not your typical kind of pet
Just make sure he doesn’t get wet
Lots more will spawn
The battle is on
In the end, they diffuse the threat
He’s a big time TV star
But he will soon have to travel far
He befriends a hamster and cat
Who steal food from a flying rat
They quit because the agent has gone too far
A chase that ends in a bat bite
A cheating wife leads to a fight
The two locked in a car
Safety seems so far
Through the window he takes flight
The twins end up being a pain
So she winds up tied to a chain
To get loose is the key
To live footloose and collar-free
A litter of four is what they gain
His job is to sing and play
There’s a big family soon one day
To steal them and more
Is her real chore
They gain too many and have to move away
