Machine Gun Kelly fans awaiting the artist's new album Hotel Diablo have a little bit longer to go. The rapper and actor who played Motley Crue's Tommy Lee in Netflix's The Dirt revealed a new release date for his upcoming effort Tuesday (June 11), and he did so while getting the album's title tattooed on the back of his head.

It's no joke. Hotel Diablo won't come out in June, as was originally planned by the entertainer whose real name is Colson Baker. Instead, its release has been pushed up to July 5, as he revealed alongside the new body ink this week. Watch the video of Machine Gun Kelly's head tattoo down toward the bottom of this post.

In the clip, Kelly is shown getting the album title literally embedded in his head, which leads to the revised album release date being flashed on the screen in a stylized display. "Album comes July 5th. #HotelDiablo," he wrote.

Hotel Diablo will be the rapper's fourth album following 2017's Bloom, 2015's General Admission and his 2012 debut Lace Up. Earlier this month, Kelly collaborated with Yungblud and Blink-182's Travis Barker on the track "I Think I'm Okay". (He also once received a dildo as a birthday present from rocker Marilyn Manson.)

Last year, Machine Gun Kelly was frequently featured in music news for his public feud with fellow rapper Eminem. At the time, even rockers such as Ivan Moody weighed in on the beef. Only a few weeks ago, Kelly performed his diss track "Rap Devil" in Em's hometown of Detroit, XXL magazine reported.
