WEST TEXAS TATTOO CONVENTION FRI-SUN MARCH 26TH-28TH

The 12th annual West Texas Tattoo Convention is being held Fri-Sun, March 26th-28th at the San Angelo Coliseum. Some of the best tattoo artists from around the world will be there! It’s the perfect opportunity to get an awesome tattoo. You can also catch some of San Angelo’s Local businesses showcasing their unique products. STUNT DOG EXPERIENCE SUN, MARCH 28TH
Be sure to check out the Stunt Dog Experience coming to the Murphey Performance Hall on Sun, March 28th at 4 pm. The cast of performers and dogs will delight audiences of all ages with high energy excitement from beginning to end. You’ll witness some of the most incredible stunts and behaviors ever performed by dogs. See amazing tricks, big air stunts, comedy antics, dancing dogs and more. San Angelo’s PAC Center is proud to host Be Theatre and Ballet San Angelo in Celebrating life, live music and dance with music from the golden age of jazz Fri & Sat, April 9th & 10th. 2021 SAN ANGELO RODEO PARADE SAT, APRIL 10TH
The 2021 San Angelo Rodeo parade is being held Sat, April 10th in historic downtown San Angelo and features riding clubs, trail ride participants, antique tractors, wagons, marching bands and floats. The parade will begin at Irving and Concho Street. This parade is one of the largest held annually in San Angelo and is always a favorite of spectators. San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Fri, April 9th – April 24th
Beginning on Fri, April 9th, The San Angelo Rodeo will hold twelve PRCA sanctioned rodeo performances. Each performance includes Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Calf Roping, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding all leading to the finals also known as the “Short go”. That will be followed the next evening by the always popular “Cinch Chute-Out”. Enjoy the carnival, exhibitions, the Beer Barn and all of the extras that our rodeo offers. ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL & S.A. SYMPHONY              SAT, APRIL 17TH
Asleep at the Wheel will perform with the San Angelo Symphony on Sat. April 17th at 7:30 pm in the ASU Junell Center. Hailed as the post-modern kings of Western swing, Asleep at the Wheel has won nine Grammy Awards over the past four decades and comes to town to perform with our San Angelo Symphony Orchestra. Fort Concho will once again host the Regional Cavalry Competition Thurs – Sat, April 22nd – 24th. The competition includes events in military horsemanship, combat horsemanship as well as jumping, pistol, and saber. The competition is free to spectators. For more information, call 325-481-2646.
FRONTIER DAY                                                                 SAT, APRIL 24TH
Ft. Concho invites you to celebrate our region’s rich heritage with Frontier Day on Sat, April 24th from 7:30 am – 12 noon with special demonstrations, exhibits, booths, living history, 1880s Base Ball and the Lions Club Pancake breakfast. The site’s touring buildings will also be open during the event. There is no charge except the $6.00 fee for the pancake breakfast. For more information, call 325-481-2646.
