This is one lucky guy! Not only did he win $2 Million twice but he did it both times with Scratch-off tickets

It happened to a very lucky retired utility worker in Maryland. Can you imagine what the odds would be on winning it once and then how much those odds would go up against winning a second time and he did it all within a few years of each other.

We'll just call him "Mr Lucky" for now since he has yet to reveal his identity to the public. In 2018 Mr Lucky bought at $30 scratch-off ticket and after scratching the ticket, it appeared that he had won the grand prize...$2 million dollars!

The man was in disbelief that it was real saying..."I kept thinking this has to be one of those prank cards."

Mr Lucky said he didn't tell his wife until the next day because he was still in disbelief. Then he turns around and just last week, which was about three years after winning the first jackpot, and he did it again...another $2 Million on another scratch-off ticket!!

The man said heput the ticket in a safe. But even in a safe, your mind tends to consider all kinds of possibilities that could happen to that ticket. He said..."I worried that I could have a fire (at home) that would burn it up, that the ticket's expiration date might come up and even had just a bit of doubt that it was really real."

Mr Lucky is 65 years of age and says his advice is to play for the fun of it...

"Be realistic and make sure that when you play that you aren't just playing for the big jackpot. Play for enjoyment and as long as you enjoy what you are doing, win or lose, you've already won."
