Ever wonder how many hate groups there are in the United States? Well, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, there are 892. They even have a map where you can track each hate group. You can find the map here.

The funny thing is, I sent this link to Buzz and he knew immediately what the group in El Paso was. Tom Brown Ministries. And if you look at the map, there's another hate group just above El Paso in Berino, New Mexico. That one would be Aggressive Christianity. But if you look across West Texas where our other markets are, you'll notice something. Lots of dead space.

Now you might think it's all anti-gay, or anti-minority hate groups. Not so. If you see the purple circle with the white star, those are black-separatists. So no, this isn't all just white hate groups. They cover it all.

Here is a direct quote from the website:

Although the Southern Poverty Law Center recognizes that much black racism in America is, at least in part, a response to centuries of white racism, it believes racism must be exposed in all its forms. White groups espousing beliefs similar to black separatists would be considered clearly racist. The same criterion should be applied to all groups regardless of their color.
