Local Super Bowl Commercial Mentions ‘Happy Endings’

While there weren't really any Super Bowl ads that stood out this year as being amazing, it was a local commercial that grabbed our attention.

Southwest University rolled out an ad that raised a few eyebrows with its mention of "happy endings" and being set in a massage parlor.

The ad features two gentlemen getting massages for backs sore from carrying so many books. The masseurs then have a conversation about how dumb their clients are for not attending Southwest University, where iPads are used instead of books, saving backs.

The very end of the commercial says "Happy Ending Included," and then in parentheses, it clarifies that the happy ending is graduation. Well played, Southwest. Well played.
