The 2nd Annual Spring Swing Golf Classic is being held this Fri, May 20th at Quicksand Golf Course located at 2305 Pulliam St, in San Angelo. This is a great golf tournament for you to be a part of because it benefits such a great organization which is the West Texas Rehabilitation Center.

The tournament even offers you two different tee time options.  If you want to play in the morning, sign up to play at 8 am. If you would rather play in the afternoon, select the 2 pm tee time. The West Texas Rehabilitation Center is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been in existance since 1953 providing treatment to children with cerebral palsy.

West Texas Rehab has continued to grow over the years and now serves thousands of children and adults in three different locations across West Texas including San Angelo, Abilene and Ozona. They have a support staff of  more than three hundred employees.

The staff of West Texas Rehab works together as a team to provide numerous services  including outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, orthotics, prosthetics, and hospice care.

As you can imagine, it takes a lot of money and resources to keep this wonderful organization going. Donors allow West Texas Rehab to provide the very best care to everyone who walks through their doors, regardless of their ability to pay.

Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
