Oh Facebook, you slay me. According to artist Jackie Charley, the social media site has taken down Christmas cards she's created due to their sexual nature.

I understand computers getting confused when it comes to certain things in pictures and seeing things that aren't there. But isn't there a human as a fail safe to make sure things like this don't happen? Thankfully, due to the response to her post being taken down, Facebook has since lifted the ban.

What could possible trigger the Facebook bots (who I fully support when they become our rulers) to see something sexual with the pictures? According to the artist, nothing:

She said: “There’s obviously nothing in the images themselves which is inappropriate. Similarly, there were no ‘trigger’ words used in the cards’ descriptions that I’m aware of. For instance, the robin card was simply called ‘Robin’, not ‘Robin Redbreast’ as some people have wondered.

Who knows what Facebook is looking for, or trying to catch. But don't forget, this is the company that thinks the best plan to prevent your nudes from getting shared, is by sharing your nudes with them.
