Downtown San Angelo, Inc. has dubbed the 2020 Christmas Parade the “Reverse Christmas Parade” and is being held on Dec 12th from 7-8 pm.

The parade will be a bit different this year because of COVID-19. To ensure social distancing, people attending the parade must enjoy it from inside their vehicles as they drive through historic downtown San Angelo to view all of the beautiful floats and enjoy performances on both sides of the street throughout the route.  Walking the parade route will not be permitted.

The event begins at 136 W. Twohig Ave and ends at 200 S Magdalen street (downtown).

This is some good news for the Holiday's after the Concho Christmas Celebration announced its annual Lights of Christmas Parade and Community Tree Lighting Ceremony were canceled due to COVID-19.

The annual Tour of Lights along the Concho River will begin Friday, Dec. 4th and will be open from 6-10 p.m. weeknights, and 6 p.m.-midnight Fridays and Saturdays from Dec. 4th - 31st with a suggested donation of $5 per vehicle.
