After being the main base for local residents for months now in getting the COVID-19 Vaccine, the clinic will be moving from its current location in Sunset Mall to the Shannon South campus, beginning on Monday, June 28.

The Shannon South campus is located at 3501 Knickerbocker Road in San Angelo. You can find the vaccine clinic on the first floor of the Shannon South Hospital facility and the entrance is marked on the east side of the building.

Outside of the change in location to get the vaccine, everything else will pretty much stay the same. Clinic hours will remain the same: from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays.

The COVID-19 vaccine is available to anyone age 12 and older.

For your convenience, you may make an appointment but walk-ins are certainly welcome as well. More information is available at shannonhealth.com.covid19 or by calling the Shannon COVID-19 Hotline at 844-674-2666.

In a statement, Shannon expressed the following..."The health and well-being of our patients, visitors, healthcare providers and staff at Shannon is our main priority as we provide a safe environment and the very best care for our patients. As we have updates regarding COVID-19 care in our community, we will update the information."

The Shannon COVID-19 hotline number is 844-6-SHANNON (844-674-2666)
This number is available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Individuals with questions regarding testing or the vaccine for COVID-19 can call and connect to a clinical provider who can answer questions and direct them to next steps.
