San Angelo Wal Mart and Sams Club Will Be Closed on Thanksgiving

Wal Mart, the retail giant has announced they will close ALL their stores on Thanksgiving.

"We know this has been a trying year, and our associates have stepped up. We hope they will enjoy a special Thanksgiving Day at home with their loved ones, We are certainly thankful to our people for all of their efforts."

-President and CEO of Sam's Club Kathryn McLay said in a press release. "

Last year they opened the stores at 6pm on Thanksgiving.

Now they did say stores will be open for regular hours the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

No announcement has been made as to how this will affect Black Friday, BUT they did say they will continue to provide great black Friday deals.

San Angelo has 3 WalMart Supercenters, on Bryant BLVD and Sherwood Way, and W 29th street, as well as neighborhood markets on Knickerbocker and Sherwood Way.

Sams Club is located on Sherwood Way, right by Wal Mart Super Center
