Newlywed Help!! Why Does She Get Mad When I Tell Her I’ll Do It In A Bit?

Yes just got married to the love of my life like 7 months ago. First marriage and it's awesome, but I need some help! This NEWLYWED NEEDS your help. We really haven't had many arguments but NOW there is an issue.  When she ASK me to do something like throw the trash or whatever, if I reply I'll do it a a bit...SHE GETS ANGRY! My best friend says its because she want sit DONE AT THAT Moment...NO QUESTIONIS. Is it really that blatant. Like she wants it done RIGHT NOW! ?? . Like  this newly married fool! lol
