What Is The Change Coming To TSA Regarding Not Having The Right Identification?

If you're going to any airport in Texas and are to go through TSA, you're going to need something called a REAL ID. Starting on February 1st, 2026, if you don't have that, there will be another way to get through security, but it will be time consuming to say the least. Per FOX 44, it'll be known as TSA ConfirmID.

FOX 44 reports that if you'd rather do this, it will cost 45 dollars. Even a little more annoying you may ask? It'll only be for a ten day period, so you'll have to redo the process every time you fly.
