Texas Startups That Scored Big on Shark Tank
(Mix 93-1) It's become routine at my house, and I'm sure it has for a lot of other East Texans, catching the latest episode of Shark Tank Friday nights on ABC.
After coming home from a long work week and having dinner, instead of going out to a bar or nightclub, my wife and I just chill out on the couch watching entrepeneurs sell themselves and their businesses and ideas to a bunch of celebrity investors with hopes of receiving an infusion of cash and mentorship from these celebrity sharks.
The show has been on now for 16 seasons. Since debuting in 2009, the show has inspired people to dream big and go for the deal. The shark investors have invested approximately $207 million into companies throughout the US. (Google AI)
