We asked a simple question, "What's something you will not share?". We received some great answers.

The Big Question

Of course, Texans are stereotyped, but none of that really surfaced in this question. No one mentioned not sharing a horse, or even a barbeque sandwich, even though that one probably goes without saying. Instead, we got real life stream-of-coconscious answers that let you know immediately what is off limits.

The Poll

Time and respondents of course skewed the answers. I think "My Drink" should have made the list. Picture if you will a cartoon desert scene with a cow skull, a sad cactus, and a thirsty cowboy crawling toward you. Uh...I'm not even sharing my drink with that guy. If I have enough, I'll give it to him, but we aren't sipping out of the same glass, even in the desert.

Other Answers

I find the idea of sharing a hat a little off-putting. I think we all have a little too much going on with oily or flaky scalps to be sharing hats. Also, someone at a restaurant saying they don't want anything but, "I'll just taste a little of yours..." is a deal-breaker for me. I would immediately excuse myself to the bathroom then crawl out the window to avoid that taste-stealer!

Sharables

So what is "sharable"?  I'd say pizza is a great answer. I've been known to borrow pen. Of course we're all borrowing each others phone chargers. So the long and short of it is, food that's already portioned (pizza, chips) and smaller items that aren't that easy to break.
