Dak Prescott's house in Prosper, Texas was recently demolished so the star player could rebuild on the land.

TMZ broke the story and posted the demolition video on X (formerly Twitter). WFAA posted pictures of the aftermath.

Several commenters pointed out that "the house seemed to be in really good condition" and questioned why the Cowboys QB would tear it down. Others claimed the Mississippi State product should have donated the deconstructed house to help others such as recent hurricane victims.

One thing is for sure, it was already a nice house as you can see in the gallery below. But I wonder what his new house will look like once built. Stay tuned.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, is definitely living a life of luxury these days. A few years ago he signed a 4-year contract to stay with America's team that is worth $160 million dollars with $128 million of that guaranteed.

But, even before signing that contract, the dude already had an amazing house that he bought back in 2019. Take a peek at this pad that's located in Prosper, Texas.

The 9,016 square-foot house is at 741 Broadmoor Ln. in Prosper. It has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on a 7.19-acre lot. It also has a private pond and access to the creek. So there is plenty of room to walk around and think about all that money he's making. I wonder if he practices his incomplete passes on his land. I kid!

The house also has craft, game, and media rooms along with a sports simulator screen and projector, a full bar, and a jumbotron with 4 TVs. The outside is complete with a pool and spa, kitchen, fire pit, bar seating, and more.

It's truly a sight to be seen. But, don't take my word for it, check out the pictures below.

LOOK: Dak Prescott's 3 Million Dollar House

Pretty snazzy-looking house, right? Honestly, I thought his house would be bigger. I mean, a $3 million dollar house is still completely out of my price range. But I was expecting it to be some huge mansion.

While it's fairly modest for someone who makes as much as he does, it's still a spectacular house. I'd definitely live in it.

Dak, if you're reading this, I'll be more than happy to house-sit for you while you try to take us to the Super Bowl this year. Thanks, bro.
