Abilene and Other Texas Cities Named Among Most Livable in America
According to Livability, Abilene, along with several other Texas cities, has been named as one of the most liveable cities in America. Well, I'll be dang!
After being named one of the most boring towns in America, I guess one could say that boring is more livable? How does this even happen?

How The Top Cities Were Chosen
Livability doesn't just go off chill vibes and what city is popular; they dig deep into the numbers. They teamed up with Applied Geographic Solutions (AGS) to analyze nearly 100 data points across thousands of cities nationwide. That includes everything from a city’s economy, housing, and cost of living to transportation, safety, education, health, amenities, and the environment.
Only cities with populations between 75,000 and 500,000 made the cut. They also capped the median home value at $500,000, making this the only major list out there that keeps affordability front and center.

Now, if we can just get the roads and potholes fixed, that would be sweet!
Other Texas Cities Most Livable
While Flower Mound, Texas, topped the list of most livable cities in America, other towns repping the Lone Star State included Sugar Land, Round Rock, New Braunfels, and even Midland. What? Is that a typo?
