3. Cinnamon: Cinnamon powder has a pungent aroma that gnats find unpleasant. Sprinkle cinnamon around windowsills, doorways, or other entry points. Remember to use these scents consistently to keep gnats away!
4. Sticky Traps: Coat a yellow sticky paper or tape with honey or petroleum jelly. Hang these traps near plants or areas where gnats are active. The sticky surface will catch the flying insects.
5. Homemade Spray Repellent: Combine two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, half a cup of warm water, six drops of dishwashing liquid, and a tablespoon of sugar. Spray this mixture in areas where gnats congregate. The sugar lures them in, and the soapy solution traps them.
