Debra Phillips of Bada Bing Pizza says wood fired pizza is the best in the world.  "It originated in Italy.  We do kinda the Neapolitan Pizza like they do in Italy. It's a thin crust and it cooks in 90 seconds in the oven, so it's quick. It takes us about 3 to  4 minutes from start at the beginning.  We make everything fresh here, we make our own dough, sausage, sauces. So, it's really quick and it's really delicious" Debra says.

Debra Phillips and her husband, both from San Angelo, say the idea for Bada Bing started with a wood fired oven in their backyard. "We had a lot of fun with it and decided we might as well  sell them, instead of giving them away all the time".
