Falling in Reverse are saying farewell to one of their longtime and most beloved members, as guitarist Jacky Vincent has announced his departure from the band.

The guitarist and Falling in Reverse leader Ronnie Radke both issued statements, revealing that the split was mutual as Vincent was leaving to focus on his solo career. Vincent appeared on all three of the band's releases -- The Drug in Me Is You, Fashionably Late and Just Like You. The statements, released exclusively to Alternative Press, can be read below:

I remember the first time I met Jacky, I walked out of prison and he was waiting there so stoked. Hands down one of the greatest guitar players to ever live. And one of the most genuine people I've ever met. I wish him nothing but the best. Love you Jacky. -- Ronnie Radke.

I can't thank Ronnie, Derek and Ryan enough for the last 5 years. I will most likely never laugh as hard again in my life. I feel proud to have played with such brilliant musicians and I will miss touring with them enormously. I am forever grateful to have experienced what I did in Falling in Reverse and I feel very fortunate to have lived what I dreamt of doing for so many years. To the fans, I loved meeting you all. I kept as many as your gifts and letters as I could and they all mean so much. Thank you for everything. -- Jacky Vincent

Falling in Reverse have been preparing for the exit and reportedly have a new guitarist in place. Though Radke has yet to reveal the identity of their new axeman, he did offer a tease via the band's Facebook page. Check out the post below.

Fans won't have to wait long to find out who the new guitarist is as Falling in Reverse will kick off the Supervillains tour this Wednesday (Nov. 4) in Phoenix. The band has two tour legs on the horizon with the Christmas Vacation trek starting three days after the Dec. 8 conclusion of the Supervillains run. Check out all of the band's tour dates here.
