Dez Bryant is ready to return to football. He went to Twitter with:

Bryant attempted a comeback last year, signing a one-year deal worth up to $1.75 million with the New Orleans Saints last year. Although it really would have been for half a year because there were only 8 games left in the season when he signed.

Unfortunately for Bryant he never saw the field, tearing his Achilles in his first practice with the Saints. Now, one later, he's looking to make another comeback. It looks like he knows he's not a number anymore, but does he know he's probably not even a number 2 at this point.

He hasn't played since 2017, and he's coming off an Achilles injury. On top of that, his numbers were also trending downwards the last few years he did play. He played a full season in 2017 but was only able to accumulate 838 yards and 6 touchdowns.

It wouldn't be shocking if a team did take a flyer on him and see how much tread is left on those tires, but it would be rather shocking if he ended up playing significant time and putting up decent numbers.
