Colin Kaepernick is holding a private workout for all NFL teams coming up on Saturday. There will be an on-field workout and an interview portion as well. Video of both portions will be available to the teams after everything is over with.

While there is no complete list of the teams that will send a representative to the workout, we do know the Dallas Cowboys will be sending someone. According to Josina Anderson:

Quite frankly, what do the Cowboys have to lose? Kaepernick was a decent quarterback when he was playing a few years ago, and was even close to winning a Super Bowl for the 49ers.

He has had some issues in the past, namely accuracy. If you want to pick apart the record, he was just 3 and 16 in the last couples seasons he played. Hit QBR was also pretty terrible those last two seasons, 43.4 in 2015 and 49.5 in 2016.

Would he come in a threaten Dak's starting spot? Absolutely not, but he wouldn't be a bad backup to have just in case Dak gets hurt.
