Other stops on the run include Grand Rapids, Mich. (Sept. 14, Van Andel Arena), Toledo, Ohio (Sept. 15, Huntington Center), Fort Wayne, Ind. (Sept. 20, Allen County War Memorial Coliseum) and Nashville, Tenn. (Sept. 21, Bridgestone Arena). See those stops along with Avenged Sevenfold's full itinerary here.
