Despite suffering major injuries in a bus crash in England last week, the members of Baroness seem to be in good spirits. Three of the band members have offered an update from the hospital to thank fans for the overwhelming outpouring of support they’ve received.

Music has undergone many format changes over the years, but rarely does on old form ever come back to prominence. That’s exactly what has happened in recent years, however, with a new generation of music lovers latching onto vinyl records and the warm sound they provide. Black Veil Brides fans will have to wait a little longer to hear new music from the band. The group has revealed that their follow-up to ‘Set the World on Fire’ needs a little more seasoning, so therefore they’ve decided to push back the release from Oct. 30 to January 2013.

It looks as though the Black Keys will get their case heard in court. The group filed legal action earlier this year against both Pizza Hut and Home Depot, claiming that both companies had used their songs without permission in commercials.
