San Angelo's Walk Now for Autism Speaks will be held at the Angelo State University Pavilion Saturday, May 2nd. Day of Registration begins at 9:00 AM and the Walk and Walk Ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM. You can also register and/or donate online before the walk here.

The walk's aim to to raise awareness and money to help the individuals and the families whose lives are affected bu autism. Autism Speaks help improves the lives and and futures of everyone living with autism. Plus 2015 is a huge landmark for the organization,

This year marks 10 years of progress since Autism Speaks first opened its doors in 2005. As we move into our 11th year our goal is to significantly enhance autism services in every  community and push to get the groundbreaking ABLE Act , now the law of the land, implemented in all 50 states. Our dedicated field teams will be the ones heading this effort. Thanks to the passion and generosity of our community, Autism Speaks has helped advance our understanding and treatment of autism in ways almost unimaginable ten years ago.

Improvement is accomplished through scientific research, advocacy, awareness, and family service programs. Remember, this isn't just a faceless organization.
