'The Walking Dead' co-creator, Tony Moore, and Rob Zombie have teamed up to tell the gory history of the French Revolution, setting up the backdrop for Assassin's Creed Unity.

Ubisoft has united Tony Moore with the director of 'The House of 1000 Corpses' and 'The Devil's Reject's,' Rob Zombie, to create an animated short that tells the bloody history of the French Revolution. This is all done to help depict the crazy events leading up to the Assassin's Creed Unity. This piece was illustrated by Moore and animated by MachinEyes. Zombie has shown an aptitude for animation in the past. In particular, he directed the animated feature, 'The Haunted World of El Superbeasto.' During the last moments of this video, we get to see the protagonist of Unity, Arno.

The guillotines will fly on Oct. 28 when Assassin's Creed Unity drops for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
