Doctors in Boston have performed the first penile implant ever in the United States. The patient is a 64 year old man whose penis was removed in 2012 due to penile cancer. The patient is doing well and his body isn't showing any signs of rejecting the transplant. We wish him nothing but the best.

However...there are a lot of questions this amazing medical breakthrough brings up.

1.) How many did this guy get to choose from?

2.) Did they try to match the color?

3.) When this procedure becomes more common, will they have catalogs?

4.) Will bigger ones cost more?

5.) What if your body doesn't reject the transplant but your wife's does?

6.) Do they only get the penis from deceased donors? Or could they also use the leftovers from a post-op transsexual?

7.) If I'm already an "organ donor" does that include THAT organ?

And, finally....

8.) Is there anyway they can make the word "addadictomy" the actual medical term for this procedure?
