Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx's girlfriend, Courtney Bingham, made good on her birthday wish for herself to perform a burlesque dance routine onstage at the band's show in Michigan.

Bingham recently revealed her desire to add a little something extra to the show and announced her intention to perform on her 27th birthday while the band played their hit song 'Girls, Girls, Girls.'

The group was initially expecting to play on Sept. 5 in Clarkston, Mich. at the DTE Energy Music Theater, but their gig was delayed a day after a transport truck carrying part of their pyro stage setup crashed en route to the show. The time off didn't derail Bingham however, as she was ready to take the stage Sept. 6.

After the performance, Nikki Sixx stated via Facebook, "It was a blast for me watching Courtney get all excited to dance on stage with our background dancers for her birthday. She really kicked ass, too."

He also added via Twitter:

Sixx has been dating Bingham since 2010, not long after his split from tattoo artist Kat Von D.
