Ricardo Ramos – Most Wanted Wednesday

Ricardo Ramos is wanted by the San Angelo Police Department. Ramos is 27 years old, stands at five foot four inches, has black hair, and brown eyes.

He has multiple outstanding warrants, including twice violating a protective order, twice burglary of a habitation, aggravated assault d/w, and failure to ID fugitive.
