In This Moment vs. I Prevail – Cage Match

We’ve got a new Cage Match champ, as In This Moment’s “Oh Lord” edged past Royal Blood’s “Lights Out” in the latter portion of the week to take the title. The band’s bluesy stomp of a new song is a welcome addition to their catalog and is looking to start a Cage Match streak of its own.

Standing in their way is I Prevail, the Michigan upstarts who have seen a steady climb up the charts for their current single “Alone.” The melancholic rocker digs into the aftermath of a relationship and seems to be connecting with many listeners. It’s featured on the band’s Lifelines album.
