We have a feeling Halestorm will be rewriting the record books for years to come, but for now the band added two more accomplishments to the stellar start of their career.

They've just scored their third chart-topping single on the Active Rock chart with the new song "Apocalyptic." That ranks as the most by a female-fronted band on the chart. In addition, they hold the distinction of being the first female-fronted band to score No. 1's from back-to-back albums, with "Freak Like Me" from The Strange Case Of … disc helping to solidify that status.

The group is just three albums into their career, with Into the Wild Life hitting stores on April 14. The band recorded the disc in Nashville last year with producer Jay Joyce and they've already achieved success with "Apocalyptic" before the album even drops. In addition, fans have been embracing the new song "Amen" as well as the recently previewed track "Mayhem."

As stated, Into the Wild Life is due April 14 and is currently available for pre-order at Amazon and iTunes. In addition, the photo book To Hale and Back will follow in May. Orders are being taken here.

Halestorm will be on tour with The Pretty Reckless this spring. The Pretty Reckless also have a couple of chart toppers to their credit, ruling Active Rock radio last year with "Heaven Knows" and "Messed Up World." Dates can be found here. Plus, keep an eye out for Halestorm, performing at the inaugural Loudwire Music Festival. For details on that event, click here.
