‘Game of Thrones’ Fans Freak Out When Sir George Martin Dies

I mentioned it on the air today, but had no clue it actually happened. Sir George Martin, legendary Beatles Producer passed away at the age of 90 on Tuesday March 8th, 2016. Now his name is very close to the author of the Game of Thrones series, or A Song of Ice and Fire series if you want to be proper about it. Here are some Tweets about people having "mini-heart attacks" when they thought George RR Martin died.

So take a deep breath Game of Thrones fans, George RR Martin is still alive and hopefully putting the finishing touches on The Winds of Winter.
