Fast Trac Courses in 2014

WEST TEXAS INNOVATION NETWORK will be offering FastTrac^® GrowthVenture™ at the Business Resource Center from February 6 – April 10.
FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ is a course designed to support entrepreneurs seeking to take their existing businesses to the next level. The course, which shares proven strategies and processes for healthy business growth, will be offered every Thursday evening for three hours per week for a total of 10 weeks.

Kauffman FastTrac is a leading global provider of entrepreneurship education programs.

“FastTrac courses not only help aspiring and established entrepreneurs uncover answers, they also help individuals determine the right questions to ask,” said Alana Muller, president of Kauffman® FastTrac™. “FastTrac training allows you to save time and money by testing the feasibility of your business growth concepts before you act.”

FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ helps existing entrepreneurs analyze their current business situation to identify the best opportunities for growth. Budgeting, sales strategies, management team roles, operational systems and business plan implementation are key areas of emphasis. The course also facilitates networking between entrepreneurs and professionals.

Over the past 20 years, FastTrac® courses and workshops have helped more than 350,000 entrepreneurs assess their business ideas and start and grow their businesses.

The 30-hour FastTrac® GrowthVenture™ program is valued at $900, but will be offered for $750 locally. A public entity interested in supporting entrepreneurship and small business development is offering fifteen ($375) scholarships on a “first come-first served” basis to qualified registrants.
