Evans Blue will spend the summer on the road while promoting their ‘Graveyard of Empires‘ album. The group will kick off the run in a special way by shooting a live video for their song ‘Halo’ on opening night.

The band has revealed the dates for their tour, with the first show taking place July 6 at the Machine Shop in Flint, Mich. At that show, Evans Blue will shoot a new video for ‘Halo,’ for which a lyric video was previously released. Upstart rockers State Your Cause will be the support act throughout the run. At present, Evans Blue have dates booked into early August, but they also revealed that more shows will be tacked on to the run and announced in early June.

Evans Blue parted ways with drummer Howard “H-Bomb” Davis last year, and recorded their ‘Graveyard of Empires’ disc utilizing both Mike McClure and Jason Pierce behind the kit. Earlier this year, singer Dan Chandler stated it was likely they would utilize both drummers when it came time to hit the road.

‘Halo’ follows ‘This Time It’s Different’ as the second single from their latest album.
