Camp Freddy recently kicked off their 7th annual Christmas residency at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, Calif. on Dec. 19-21. The first two nights served up plenty of guest star action including a special appearance by Courtney Love.

Looking great and sounding even better, Love was introduced to the stage and performed two songs. The first was a nod to the late Lou Reed, a cover of The Velvet Underground tune ‘I’m Waiting For The Man.' The second song was one from her own catalog, Hole’s 'Celebrity Skin.’ Watch the video above to check out the performance.

Supporting Love on the two songs were several of the core members of Camp Freddy’s revolving all-star lineup – Steve Stevens and Billy Morrison on guitar, Matt Sorum on drums and Chris Chaney on bass.

Love must have enjoyed her time on stage too because according to a recent post on her Facebook page, she joined them again last night. She posted a photo, sharing, “Last night with Camp Freddy was cute, went for round 2 tonight!”

As for Camp Freddy, with the last night of their sold-out residency wrapping up tonight, their next gig is a special New Year's Eve show at The Roxy.
