Baroness Announce U.S. Tour Dates With Pallbearer

Baroness will travel throughout the U.S. once again for a headlining tour! Beginning in August, Baroness will take Pallbearer on the road for a month of live shows.

Baroness are touring in support of the band’s newest album, Purple. The Georgia act will hit theaters across the U.S. before performing on various U.S. festival bills this fall. Pallbearer will serve as direct support during Baroness’ headlining gigs. Pallbearer’s second album, Foundations of Burden, was heavily praised upon its release in 2014.

“The cathartic experience of playing live music has not changed over the 13 years of performing,” Baroness’ John Baizley said in a recent interview with SF Weekly. “But the sense of relief and release I feel as an adult is as intense, if not more than, when I was younger. The response to this record has been really, really overwhelming. There have been some pretty dramatic changes in the way that our audiences react to our songs, and I couldn’t be happier about that.”

Tickets for Baroness’ non-festival performances will go on sale June 17, with pre-sales becoming available tomorrow (June 14) at noon ET from YourBaroness.com. Check out the full list of tour dates below!
