The folks over at "Kids React" are back at it, this time putting an all out metal assault on the ears of the ever impressionable youth by pummeling them with the unrelenting sonic stylings of Avenged Sevenfold.

"It kinda sounds like a little deadly," remarks 7-year-old Tida upon hearing the band's name - before the music even kicks in. "And usually deadly words in a band kinda means they're rock."

Then, when "Unholy Confessions" kicks in, she brings up the point about how difficult it would be to attempt to sing along to the songs. "It's so hard to know what they're saying," she says. "How are you supposed to sing this at karaoke!?"

"I liked it up until...the vocals," adds an unconvinced 13-year-old Jaxon upon hearing the song, though he changes his tune when "Beast and the Harlot" kicks in.

"The lead guitar player is amazing," says 8-year-old Jake - clearly the most enthused of the bunch about not just the soloing of Synyster Gates, but the music in general.

"Whoever plays guitar - props," adds 9-year-old Sydney.

The group of kids get a laugh out of the each bandmember's stage moniker, in particular new-ish drummer Brooks Wackerman. Then they find out that's his actual name and are at a loss.

Unfortunately, at the end of the day, Avenged Sevenfold don't pass the litmus test of the children, with a margin of six to three in favor of not listening to the genre when asked, "Would you listen to more metal bands?" One of them in particular is shocked when finding out that they are a current outfit and not from the '80s.
