You don't have much longer to wait before there's a new At the Drive In album to embrace, but the band is making sure you have another taste of new music before the in*ter a*li*a disc drops this Friday (May 5). Take a listen to the song "Pendulum in a Peasant Dress."

For fans of At the Drive In, this new tune falls right in their wheelhouse, with the sound bounding between punchy guitar and drum moments to more high energy riffing, all with Cedric Bixler-Zavala's vocals commanding your attention amidst all the chaos.

"One shot delivers us from what the heart don't heart / But the heart is broken / One shot delivers us from what the heart don't want / But the heart is broken / One shot hits in the gut / She’s a medium swinging for fences / She's just a lantern jaw plagiarizing ground assault," sings the vocalist in the track.

As stated, "Pendulum in a Peasant Dress" is the latest song to arrive off of the in*ter a*li*a album, following on the heels of "Governed by Contagions," "Hostage Stamps" and "Incurably Innocent." You can pre-order the disc ahead of its Friday release here and look for At the Drive In on tour. The group is currently on the road with dates booked into late June, followed by shows in Europe, Japan and Australia later this year. See all of their scheduled stops here.
