AC/DC have just announced their rescheduled U.S. tour dates. After Brian Johnson was forced to bow out due to the threat of total hearing loss, Axl Rose stepped up to the plate to shriek in Brian’s place.

Because of Johnson’s sudden halt, AC/DC had to cancel a total of 10 U.S. tour dates. Now that Axl Rose has travelled around Europe with the legendary Australian act, it’s time to finally perform those U.S. concerts. AC/DC’s Rock or Bust tour will resume Aug. 27 in Greensboro, N.C. and finish up on Sept. 20 in Philadelphia.

"This band has got a ton of energy and you're going to see a fusion of all that terrific chemistry that we have felt ever since rehearsals in Lisbon,” says guitarist Angus Young. “I want to get back out there onstage in the U.S. with these guys so our audience can see and feel it too."

Axl Rose has been very well received since accepting the gig as AC/DC’s touring vocalist. Axl’s inclusion even led to some rare cuts like “Dog Eat Dog” and “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)” being performed live.
